The Pink Chocolate Collection was birthed on December 14, 2016 in Chicago, IL by self-taught designer, Chynel Cooper.

I finally decided to take fashion designing serious because of how many requests I received from close friends and family after I started making pieces for myself. I am very creative and working with textiles is just one of my many avenues of artistic expression! All glory to our father in heaven YAHUAH, who has blessed me with my talents and abilities to be able to serve you all!

The Pink Chocolate Collection creates eye-catching modern day clothing that is sure make you stand out in ANY room!

Pink Chocolate got its roots at the designer's alma mater, Alabama State University which is an HBCU in the heart of Montgomery, AL. It was the perfect place for Pink Chocolate to grow, and forever holds a place in the designer's heart! Trial and error were Chynel's teachers, as well as Youtube University, where she learned to combine different sewing techniques to get the results that she desired. She always experimented with different techniques which helped her diversify the types of products that Pink Chocoate would have!

Pink Chocolate's clientele grew year after year at ASU, and the yearly pop-up shop Hustle Fairs helped expand the brand even more than word of mouth was! The deisgner graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in May 2020 and moved to Georgia for a fresh start! She felt that it would be the perfect place to do everything that she wanted to do--especially succeed in fashion!

Since then, Pink Chocolate has gained roots in Georgia creating photographer props, costumes, team uniforms, formal gowns, suits, and so much more! We have worked with influencers, celebrity clients, modeing agencies, and event planners. Stay tuned, this is only the beginning!
