Order Time
The time it takes for each order to process varies--some of our products are made in-house by the designer, and others are made by our manufacturer. Please be sure to read the description before placing your order so that you are aware of the category of product(s) that you have purchased.
Each manufactured product takes 5-7 business days for production, and 5-8 business days to ship. This includes the new menswear collection, as well as the few new manufactured pieces for women. All of our manufactured items are made-to-order, and cannot be cancelled after they have begun production. Reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any order cancellation requests and we will do our best to assist you!
Each in-house product takes 3-5 business days for production and processing, and 1-5 business days to ship via USPS.
All orders are shipped via USPS. The customer may request a different shipping carrier if desired. Please include the request in the "notes" section during checkout.
Most custom orders take 3-4 weeks, or longer. Custom orders that are requested less than 2-3 weeks in advance will require a rush fee. Please visit the custom order form page for more information!
Shipping
Shipping time depends on if the order is produced in-house or by our manufacturer. Please be sure to read the description before purchase, so that you are aware of the shipping time.
Each in-house order takes 1-5 days to ship via USPS after production.
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their item has shipped!

Exchange Policy
The Pink Chocolate Collection does not accept exchanges due to most of our products being made-to-order. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any issues with your order. We will be glad to assist you!
Refunds
Please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and we will gladly assist you!
Please be advised that The Pink Chocolate Collection will refund orders that are the wrong size, style, color, or if there are any production errors. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refund requests must also be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Custom Orders
The Pink Chocolate Collection specializes in eye-catching clothing that will make you stand out in ANY room. We utilize fabrics with alluring patterns and bold color!
All custom orders require a $45 (non-refundable) virtual consultation. If you wish to place a custom order, please purchase your consultation on our "Products" page and fill out the Custom Order Form to get started! Once the custom order form is received, the designer will reach out to schedule the virtual consultation.
Pink Chocolate has created dazzling custom pieces for birthdays, baby showers, formal events such as proms, galas, homecomings, dance shows, graduations, and so much more! The time it takes to complete each custom order varies.
Please be advised that The Pink Chocolate Collection does not accept custom order requests to replicate the work of other designers. Check out the “Clients” highlight on the Pink Chocolate Instagram page to get an understanding of the types of custom garments that we create!
There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Please request custom team orders at least 4 weeks in advance of the date that they are needed by. Additional fees will apply for all rush orders.
