The consultation fee is required for all Custom Orders to schedule a virtual consultation. This fee will go towards the total cost of the custom order.

There are no refunds for consultation fees if the customer decides not to place the order.

The custom order form has to be filled out before the consultation. Please have measuring tape ready to take your measurements, and an assistant (if needed). The consultation should last 1 hour or less.
